Radiy & Olga
A story that began with a single phone call
24 hours to prepare. A helicopter, a castle and complete confidentiality. And a week later, five days of surprises that had to be invented practically in real time.
In our work, some requests make you want to say “That’s impossible” first. And then ask, “What time do we start?” This story began exactly like that.

Absolute confidentiality
One day we got a call from a luxury car chauffeur we had worked with for a long time. He told us a client wanted to contact us to organize a very personal event for well-known people. And before mentioning any names, he asked for one thing: absolute confidentiality.
No photos without permission. No posts. No talking about where the guests are staying or what is being prepared for them.
For us, that’s a standard working principle regardless of the client’s status, so we agreed. A little while later, a second call came in.
“I have one day”
A young man wanted to surprise his girlfriend. At that point we still didn’t know who she was. And really, it didn’t change anything. At Romantic Life, there’s no such thing as an event we do better just because the client is famous.
The challenge was something else. And it wasn’t easy. We had 24 hours. We needed to rent an entire castle, prepare a romantic evening inside it, arrange the decor and staff, and come up with a fiery finale with a declaration of love.
And the couple weren’t going to arrive at the date by car. A helicopter would bring them. Only during the preparations did the client tell us who we were creating all this for: Olga Buzova.
But by then the plan was already in motion. And what needed to change wasn’t our attitude toward the client, only our pace, so we could get everything done in time.

A castle. A helicopter. And one evening prepared in 24 hours
The next 24 hours turned into very intense teamwork. We had to coordinate the venue, the helicopter, transfers, decor, technical services, staff and dozens of small details at the same time — details that, ideally, the guest should never even notice.
By the appointed time, everything was ready. The couple flew in by helicopter and arrived at a castle rented exclusively for them. Inside, a private romantic event awaited them. And the highlight of the evening was a fiery surprise with a declaration of love.
For someone who is hard to impress after so many places, events and photo shoots, we especially wanted to create not just a beautiful picture, but a genuinely personal experience.
It worked. Olga was surprised. The client was happy.
We thought we had just finished one of our most challenging last-minute projects. A week later, he called again.

“We fly in tomorrow. We need you to organize five days for us”
This time the task was far bigger. The client wanted to give Olga several days during which she would hardly know what was coming next.
We had to organize everything: a private villa, transfers, meals, staff and all the practical side of the stay. And most importantly, create two, sometimes three, completely different experiences for the couple every single day.
And the main condition still applied: total privacy. A hotel wouldn’t do. Neighbors nearby wouldn’t do. The place had to be as secluded as possible so the couple could relax peacefully, away from prying eyes. They were arriving in about 24 hours. We said yes.
A house we didn’t have just a few hours earlier
While part of the team was getting ready and handling ongoing projects, we were already searching for the right house. We needed a large private villa: several floors, a pool, a gated property, no outsiders, as far from neighbors as possible, and room to accommodate staff.
We found the right option literally on the way. The team flew out to the location. It seemed the hardest part was solved.
But when we arrived at the villa, we discovered one small detail. The owner had no intention of moving out. He really was offering the whole house. It’s just that, for some reason, in his mind that didn’t mean he had to leave it himself.

Sometimes organizing starts with negotiating with the owner
For the client, that was out of the question: one of the main conditions was total privacy. Negotiations began. In the end, we managed to reach an agreement with the owner’s family and move them elsewhere for the duration of the guests’ stay.
But personal belongings were still inside. The couple was arriving in just a few hours. We called in a professional cleaning service on short notice. All personal belongings were carefully packed and moved to a separate locked room. The house was fully prepared, cleaned and scented.
At the same time, the decor was underway. At the same time, the transfer was being arranged. At the same time, we were looking for a chef. A good chef who was free the next day was practically impossible to find. So we found a professional from the best restaurant and offered to pay triple for his shift. That’s how the couple got their own private chef.
There was one more small detail left. The dog.
“But the dog stays”
The owner had a very big dog. And on this, he wouldn’t budge. He agreed to leave himself. But the dog had to stay on the property.
For an organizer, that’s exactly the moment when a whole new list of questions pops into your head: how will the guests react, who will feed the animal, and how do you even explain to someone who booked a completely private villa that it unexpectedly came with a huge pet included?
When Olga arrived and saw the dog, the exact opposite of what we feared happened. She ran straight to it and started hugging and petting it. We explained the situation. And it turned out the dog’s presence didn’t bother her at all — she was delighted.
Over the following days, the guests happily spent time with the dog and helped take care of it. What had seemed like a potential problem just hours before their arrival unexpectedly became another heartwarming part of the trip.
And what about tomorrow?
The house was ready. The chef was at work. Privacy was guaranteed. We could have breathed a sigh of relief. But the project had one small quirk: we still didn’t know what we’d be doing tomorrow. And that’s exactly how the next five days went.
In the evening, we would decide with the client what the next day would look like, and overnight the team would turn the idea into a ready-made event. One day we closed off an enormous park entirely for the couple. Another day there was a horseback ride and a romantic program in a rotunda.
Then a private restaurant with a view. There were helicopter rides. There was a yacht the team had decorated in advance. A date on the beach. Dinners in completely different locations.
And in between, the entire infrastructure kept running, unnoticed by the guests. The guests were meant to see the experience. We kept all the complexity behind the scenes.

Five days with no repeats
The hardest part of this project wasn’t even the number of events. It was the need to surprise them again and again. If yesterday there was a helicopter, today you can’t just suggest a nice restaurant. If the morning had horses, the evening has to feel completely different.
So every day we started practically from scratch. What hadn’t they experienced yet? What would be completely different from yesterday? How do you create an emotion, not just another pretty photo? That’s how, over five days, the result wasn’t a vacation itinerary but a whole collection of little stories.
“It was the best vacation of my life”
At the end of the trip, Olga said it was the best vacation of her life. For our team, that was perhaps the most important verdict on the project. Not because a famous person said it. But because behind those words were five days of work that remained almost entirely invisible.
From one castle to projects in different countries
After that, our collaboration continued. We created new surprises for the couple on other trips — in Paris, Egypt and Africa — including during Olga’s work trips and photo shoots.
The countries changed. The challenges changed. But the principle from our very first conversation stayed the same: what’s personal should stay personal. That’s why many of the projects Romantic Life creates for public figures never appear on our website or social media.
Confidentiality is part of the service too
This story matters to us not because our client was a celebrity. It’s about something else. About the ability to put together a complex event in 24 hours. About being able to send a team to another region. About being ready to take full care of the guests’ lives for several days. About the ability to solve a problem that didn’t even exist an hour earlier.
We may work with a public figure, the head of a large company, or a couple no one has ever heard of. For our team, it makes no difference. We don’t create the best events for the most famous clients. We strive to create the best events for every person who trusts us.
Let’s create an experience you won’t find in any catalog
Some ideas can be chosen on our website. Others have to be created from scratch. If you need a tailor-made scenario, a private trip or an event that only you and our team should know about, we can take care of organizing it completely.
