Alexey & Victoria

“My woman is a queen”

A story that began in the most unexpected place, continued with a date in a castle, and grew into a friendship with Romantic Life that has lasted for years.

Sometimes our stories begin with a long message.

Sometimes with a request for help choosing an idea.

This one began with a phone call:
— My name is Alexey. You have two hours. In two hours, we meet at a restaurant.

And before we could ask any more questions, the call was over.

Two hours later, our organizer was at the meeting place.

“You have 15 minutes to surprise me”

A very serious man was waiting for her at the table.

Alexey set his condition almost immediately:
— You have fifteen minutes to surprise me.

But our answer was a little different.

It wasn’t Alexey who needed to be surprised.

We needed to understand the woman by his side and what could surprise her in particular. So instead of presenting the most expensive and spectacular options, a conversation began.

What is her name?
What does she love?
What makes her laugh?
What matters to her?
What moments have they shared?
What has she already seen?
How does he want to see her that evening?

The fifteen minutes ran out. And the conversation kept going.

Instead of 15 minutes, two hours

Little by little, Alexey, who had seemed very closed off and demanding at the start of the meeting, completely changed.

He began talking about Victoria. About their relationship. About their personalities.
About everything they had been through together.

We talked for almost two hours, and at some point we noticed something funny:
we had become so absorbed in their story that we still hadn’t decided what kind of date we would organize.

Only then did we finally ask the key question:
— Alexey, what do you want for her?

The answer was very short.

“My woman is a queen. I want to give her the very best of everything.” – And that’s how the castle came about.

A “how we met” story no one could make up

During that meeting, Alexey told us how they met.

And it was nothing like the start of a love story people usually imagine.

They met in a correctional facility.
Alexey was serving a short sentence there, and Victoria worked as a nurse.

One day, after an injury, he ended up in her medical office.
And he saw Victoria.

According to Alexey, he fell in love almost instantly.
After that, he kept finding reasons to be near her and talk to her, even just for a little while.

Gradually, a bond formed between them that continued far beyond those walls.

Victoria left that job. But she didn’t leave Alexey’s life.

She waited until his sentence was over and was there to meet him when he was released.
Since then, they have barely been apart.

A date for a queen

Once we heard this story, it became clear why an ordinary restaurant wasn’t right for Alexey.

For the woman he called his queen, he wanted to create an evening worthy of her.

We organized a private date for the couple in a real castle.
That was where we met Victoria in person for the first time.

And we quickly understood why, at our first meeting, Alexey had spoken about her with such confidence.

In front of us were two truly vivid people. Strong.
Emotional. Each with their own complicated story. And at the same time, remarkably well suited to each other.

The first booking was over.
Our relationship with this family was not.

The castle was only the beginning

After the first date, Alexey and Victoria kept coming back to Romantic Life.

And every time, we faced the same challenge:
to come up with something they hadn’t experienced yet.

We created dates for them on yachts. Romantic evenings by the water. Events in unusual spaces.

Each new project had to be different from the last — a different scenario, a different atmosphere, a different experience.

Gradually, we stopped being just the company this couple turned to for romantic dates.

A whole new chapter began.

When a whole family becomes your client

Victoria had grown-up children from a previous marriage.

Over time, Alexey and Victoria began trusting us not only with their own dates, but with family events too.

Celebrations for the kids.
Birthdays.
Important family occasions.
Events that needed to be organized completely, from start to finish.

And it continues to this day.

Once, Alexey gave our organizer 15 minutes to surprise him.
Today, we have known his family for many years.

Behind every request, there is first a person

This story captures one of Romantic Life’s principles perfectly.

When a client says:
“Surprise me” —
you could immediately show them a yacht, a helicopter, a castle or the most expensive restaurant.

But that doesn’t mean we’ve found the right idea.

First, we need to understand the person it’s all being created for.

That’s exactly why our first meeting with Alexey lasted not fifteen minutes, but two hours.

We weren’t trying to sell him a castle.
We were listening to Victoria’s story.

The castle came later.

Because at some point Alexey said a phrase that explained everything to us:
“My woman is a queen.”
And all that was left for us was to create an evening worthy of her.

Let’s create your story

Maybe right now you’re just looking for a first-date idea. Or maybe a place for a proposal, an anniversary or a special trip. We don’t know what the next chapter of your story will be. But we can help make it one you’ll want to remember for years to come.
