50% deposit to book
You pay the remaining 50% on the day of your event.
What we agree before payment
- Tell us your city, preferred date, number of guests and ideas. We help you choose a programme and check venue availability.
- We agree the location and start time, programme duration, total price, included services and any selected extras in writing.
- Once we have agreed the details, you pay a 50% deposit. You pay the balance on the day of the event.
If your plans change
You cancel more than 3 days before the event
We refund your deposit in full.
You cancel 3 days or less before the event
The deposit is non-refundable.
We cancel, or the event is cancelled because of weather or extraordinary circumstances
We refund your deposit in full.
Moving your event to another date
If we cancel, or weather or extraordinary circumstances prevent the event, we can agree a new date instead of a refund. We choose a convenient date with you, subject to venue availability.
