Description

We invite you to embark on a fascinating wine journey at a Catalan winery, located among picturesque hills with stunning views of vineyards and forests. You will be introduced to the history, traditions and philosophy of winemaking, guided tour of the winery and tasting of 4 types of wines. This unforgettable excursion promises to leave vivid memories and a new understanding of the art of winemaking. Spend an incredible day in an ancient winemaker’s house that is thousands of years old. In this villa you can find architectural elements that testify to its Roman origins.

Programme

We will greet you with a welcome glass of sparkling wine on the terrace of the house overlooking the vineyards and introduce you to the amazing and very romantic history of this place.

Your visit will take you through all the rooms of the house – the summer dining room, the room with a live fire – a 17th century oven. Here you will be able to bake a piece of rustic bread and learn how to make the famous Catalan dish – pa amb tomaquet.

You will see an ancient kitchen and a medieval refrigerator.

Then, we will visit a unique and the only winery in Catalonia, built into a real natural rock.

We will conclude our visit to the 17th century farmhouse with a tasting of four of our winery’s most iconic wines, accompanied by a gastronomic offer of local produce.
