Description
We invite you to embark on a fascinating wine journey at a Catalan winery nestled amongst picturesque hills with stunning views of vineyards and forests. You will be introduced to the history, traditions and philosophy of winemaking, guided tour of the winery, tasting of 5 wines paired with an author’s lunch or dinner menu and concluding with a candlelit digestif in the wine cellar. This unforgettable tour promises to leave vivid memories and a new understanding of the art of winemaking.
Programme
You will be met by a professional sommelier to introduce you to the fascinating world of wine and its history. You will enjoy an aperitif on the olive terrace with a welcome glass of sparkling wine, a cut of top quality Iberico jamon and a selection of cheeses.
Winery Overview
Your private guide will take you around the winery grounds, talking about the unique characteristics of the soil, climate and grape varieties cultivated in these vineyards. Visitors will see the wine cellars and the culturally and historically valuable Catalan CUP, the place where wine was fermented a century ago. Then, you will be able to learn about the techniques of aging wine in barrels, cement eggs and amphorae from a famous ceramic master. A candlelit digestif in the wine cellar will be organised for you. At the end of the tour you will receive a bottle of premium wine and a postcard signed by the winemaker.
The tour promises an unforgettable immersion into the world of Catalan wine, leaving you with vivid memories and a new appreciation of the art of winemaking
Duration: 5-6 hours. The winery is located 70 kilometres from Barcelona, the journey by comfortable car will take approximately 1 hour.

Locations possible for use and private events:
- Olive Terrace – open space under a canopy overlooking the vineyards. Large table. Suitable for use in warm windless weather. Usually used for an aperitif before lunch or an excursion. If we occupy this space, no other guests go there
- Restaurant garden overlooking the pool. Not private, there are other guests on the terrace.
- Space in the vineyards. We serve a table in a secluded private space, amongst the vineyards. In hot weather, it can be uncomfortable because of the open space under the sun. In this case, it is better to choose a time at dawn or after sunset, when the heat subsides.
- The restaurant’s Private Peach Room is a room ideal for lunch or private tasting.
- Large Restaurant Room.
- Mansard Room – can be used for a private lunch/dinner, invite musicians, decorate the space, equipped with technology for video screenings, audio system, no other guests will be in itThe space in the wine cellar – can be used for an event of short duration (as it is cool), for example a digestif with a violinist.
