- Here we will taste 4 types of Spanish sparkling wine – cava
- You will learn how champagne was born, what role French kings and their favorites played in its history, who Dom Perignon was and why he spent half his life fighting with bubbles.
- We will understand what cava is and how it differs from other sparkling wines.
- We’ll learn how to distinguish cava of different ageing levels and identify its flavors
- We will see the cellars where the wine is born and visit the production facilities where the magical processes of degorgement, corking and bottle labeling take place.
